This review is concerning Edwin Wyatt Junior, of this company. I sent this individual tools that I was selling on Facebook marketplace, and he agreed to buy the tools and pay for the shipping. I got the tools packaged and ready at UPS, and communicated with him on the estimate for shipping, to which he agreed. The total with the shipping and the tools was $662.62 - it is now May 30, 2025, and I have called, texted and reminded this individual that he needs to pay me for these items. These guys are awesome! I run the maintenance department for a local school district. And we use WRM for all our Hvac and plumbing needs that we can't handle. They've saved our school district thousands. And keep our original equipment from 2006 running like new. A great team of professionals work for this company.
