On their website it shows MANY providers that accept my insurance. After carefully going through each provider to make sure they 1. Accepted my insurance, 2. Had the treatment we’re seeking 3. That they were accepting new patients and 4. That they were in our area, I finally found a handful of providers that matched all of these criteria. Mind you it took me close to an hour to do this. I am working with a therapist, Jacob Hunt. He is really helping me sort things out in my life and move forward. I love the text and email reminders to confirm my appointments.

I’d like to know who has taken over answering phones in the last few months. I have never had any issues with this office until this point. At first when I had called a few months back to schedule an appointment, I thought I had called the wrong number! Someone with a very quiet voice had answered, only stating their name and nothing else so I hung up. I double checked that I was calling the right number and called back. Same person.
