Mice, rats and roaches. Fights and shootings. And this manager likes moving dangerous people in. The gap in between the bottom of the kitchen cabinets and the floor is so that the rats and mice can nest. Mice, rats and roaches. The manager will commit fraud, and she thinks she can get away with it because the people staying here are low income. Briana is the manager and she likes to take advantage of the less fortunate. The apartments have been changing since she became manager in the worst way. She is forcing out regular people for those that are less desirable. People she can get over on and take advantage of.
