Mice, rats and roaches. Fights and shootings. And this manager likes moving dangerous people in. The gap in between the bottom of the kitchen cabinets and the floor is so that the rats and mice can nest. The picture of my water heater top is the way the left it, peeling paint and a damaged ceiling that had been flooded. I am currently looking for a new home that is not low income.
