The staff was incredible after having bad experiences with another facility, and I didn't know what to expect. I loved how they cared about patients. I had one bad experience with a nurse who yelled and cursed at my son. The doctor and clinical director addressed it immediately. Everyone welcomed you, and the awesome part was when my son was able to move closer to home; they cheered for him as well. Thank you, Western Peaks :)

I'm writing this review as a family member of a patient that is still at the facility who is heading into the end of their stay there. If I could give this facility 100 stars I would! Very stellar care for my husband who came in with complex wounds and severe muscle atrophy. Thanks to all the staff from administrative all the way to housekeeping my husband is standing and getting ready to start the process of walking again after being in hospital for a year.
