Unacceptable Customer Service I have been on hold with Western Pacific Distributors for over 1 hour and 15 minutes on TWO phones. I have been at "queue position 1" for an hour and ten minutes on one phone and the second phone has moved from "queue position 5" to "queue position 2" in the same length of time.
