Off on the wrong foot. I'll give them some credit for having polite staff. But it is too little to warrant a second star. A) Absolutely enormous stack of new patient paperwork. I understand this is psychiatry, but I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment and barely completed the paperwork at checkout time. Ridiculous. At least consider making a new patient paperwork section available for completion online. B) They require a drug test (oral swab) on all new patients. I don't do drugs. This practice has the most negligent staff. Specifically with psychiatrists & medication management. (Although I believe They have wonderful therapists) Instead of trying to diagnose & understand their patients; they give out strong medications that causes more issues down the line. They don’t inform you enough of the risks of the medications before prescribing them. The psychiatrist Ashley, specifically prescribed me 5 different medications at a time that were considered “dangerous” to take at once. I did not know that unti... read more
Practice is fairly positive. I like my doctor. What I don’t like, is the video visit. I feel like I don’t get the same amount of attention on the video calls. There’s a little bit more of a coldness. But, all in all, fairly friendly. The doctor is very knowledgeable. And, I’m fairly satisfied..
