Yes it might be full most of the time and yes it can be lengthy but Dr.dorsey and the front office are good and do their job to the fullest extent and yes they take their time to talk to each patient and find out exactly what their pain is and actually listen. Tried to get an apointment there but I got transferred back and forth between the front desk and someone else over and over again seemed like they didn't know what they were doing, so I'll pass
