I bought 2nd hand car from Western Nissan in May 2026 – it has taken me a while to be able to present a balanced recount of this event, here is my sincere attempt at balance. Terrible warranty service on my Nissan Navara Warrior. I have brought my 3-year-old vehicle in more than 6 times for a critical steering safety issue. I was forced to wait over 3 months just for replacement parts to arrive, but the problem is still there and the steering feels completely unstable. To make matters worse, the injectors make the Navara sound like a tractor, and the staff just blamed my fuel—even though I have exclusively used premium diesel for the last 2 years.
