Service staff putting wrong psi and going generic instead of actually looking at the vehicles recommended psi, simple mistake yet always happening. Make sure you check the recommended psi before driving off if you get your car serviced at this dealership
The initial experience was very positive — the team made the purchasing process easy and communication was good. However, although the car was brand new and meant to be detailed, it was delivered with industrial fallout contamination. It took two months after purchase to have this issue resolved, and communication during this period was very poor. Overall, while the sales process started well, the after-sales experience was disappointing.
