Very bad. No star.Last July, I purchased an X-Trail from Western Nissan dealership. At the time, the salesperson told me that future servicing would cost $150 each time. However, this was never written into the contract. Now the dealership is refusing to honor what was promised and is instead saying the service costs $399. If it was part of a promotion at the time, there should still be records of it in your system.
