Went for my teeth cleaning here for the first time, and had such a great experience. Nichole was my hygienist and she was absolutely amazing!! She walked me through everything she was doing, shared some tips with me to improve my dental hygiene, and was extremely professional. I highly recommend WNYD group. 🤗
Rude unprofessional hygienist. Brought my school aged kids in for a cleaning. They have not been in for a while due to change in insurance and unable to find a place that would take them on their previous insurance. Needless to say the hygienist was extremely rude and unprofessional. Made me as a parent feel neglectful for my child with autism and behavioral issues having cavities and decay through multiple comments and jabs made toward me all throughout the visit. I saw a lot of negative feedback before I made my appointment. I've been apprehensive about the dentist since childhood and more of a skeptic as an adult. I gotta say the negative claims are bogus IMO. Dr. Enterline was pro and set me up with Dr. Cheng and his assistant (dammit! I forgot her name), who were both amazing! I showed a little early, the check-in was quick and the assistant was ready for me before I finished signing in - ready to get this show on the road (cuz anticipation at the dentist!) Alana is my hygienist every time I go in for a cleaning, and she is always so welcoming and kind. She makes me feel comfortable and at ease from the moment I sit in the chair. She is very professional, attentive, and truly cares about her patients. She does an amazing job every time—she’s awesome!
