This veteran is amazing. I have taken all my animals her. or when she comes to Lovelock I should say. And the vet is always very sweet and great about explaining things. Unfortunately I had to put my cat down recently. and the vet was amazing she explained everything to me she cried with me she huged me she gave me all the time I needed. And if that wasn't enough a week later I got a card in the mail that was signed by her entire office for the loss of my cat. And to me that was a very caring thing for them to do.
Amazing! Our 13 year old cat just got diagnosed with diabetes. She took time to explain everything during the appointment, and then talked to my husband on the phone when we were concerned about her diet change a few days later. I know my animals are in good hands here. :)
Thank you girls so much for taking care of my baby. I called to make an appointment and was greeted warmly which is a change from another vets office. I informed her that my Dane mix was scared of people, the office person was so nice and told me no problem. The office is roomy and most important quiet. My girl was so calm in there. The doc and vet tech were so loving. They walked in slowly, talked quietly and was all around fabulous. I will be recommending this office to everyone.
