They closed their doors without telling anybody that wasn't very nice
All I can say is Karma is a B. While a patient at WNA, the staff made so many mistakes. I stayed with them because I liked my Doctor but the last straw came when I was sent to collections from their imaging center. I was having MRI's done every 6 months and with having MS I was not able to work at the time and I was doing the best to pay my bill. Than a new manager was hired for their billing department and this woman had no compassion, she sent me to collections and ruined my credit. I continued to have my MRI's done at oth... read more
They are out of business with no notice or warning!
It was a bit of a wait yet worth it! I've been seeing a lot of doctors over the past year and a half and this was one of the best! Dr. James took really good care of me. She took the time to pull back the layers and investigate. She cares. Although the experience was traumatic, it was also healing. I am grateful there are still a few good eggs out there!! Thank you Dr.James!!
I love how straight forward everyone is. I love my monthly group of infusioners! I love the information that is shared! WNA is awesome!
