PLEASE reconsider before choosing this clinic! My 70-year-old father was seen by Rebekah Dennis in April 2024, and later by Dr. Katherine Akers in July 2024, presenting with clear, textbook symptoms of bladder cancer — especially concerning given his history as a former smoker. Despite this, no imaging or further investigation was performed. He was simply told to follow up if symptoms persisted. Dr. Abdallah has to be just about the most knowledgeable doctor that my mother has worked with. He is extremely kind. His assistant is also very kind and welcoming making our experiences very enjoyable every time we come to this location. I would highly recommend this place. It has relived my mother so much to know she is in the hands of people who care!
My husband and I had an awful experience there. From the start with the receptionist to the end of us just walking out on the provider Yanna. She made my husband feel stupid and embarrassed. That place has dialysis patients, you think they’d be much nicer to their patients. We went in looking for answers, only to walk out feeling defeated and degraded. Oh, the most horrific part was the staff and Yanna laughing about my husband’s condition while we heard it all. Super unethical on their behalf.
I wouldn’t give any stars, but had to make sure I wrote a review of this awful place. We arrived 30 minutes prior to our appt., time as instructed. Upon our arrival, we were not greeted by the girl at the front desk. We had to stand there until she decided to make initial contact. We advised her we were there for an appt.
