From beginning to end, my experiences so far have been nothing short of friendly, professional and thorough. Dr Ian Villanueva is quite knowledgeable and very informative!
Renee that answers the phone for new patients was so rude for no reason at all. Even after one of her peers was able to show her that she made a mistake. Continued to belittle me. Instead of listening to where she made the mistake and moving forward even with no apology for me. All for missing appointments? Supervisor didn’t care to call me back either. I Never showed any disrespect to this woman. I just kindly told her that she was incorrect. I have a kidney stone and was referred to the wrong location anyway but this place... read more
Ian, the PA is absolutely amazing. Listens is understanding and a wonderful human being to go to for your kidney problems
My husband and I saw Ian Villanueva today. My husband has been to 3-5 doctors/specialists since he was released from the hospital 12.30.21. We have not been educated about what and why he has experienced so many symptoms, diagnosed and prescribed medications, until today. We gained so much information and were educated tremendously about this medical issue from Ian. Ian answered our questions more than any other medical team. He took his time, we never felt rushed. Ian did a great job today.
