Renee that answers the phone for new patients was so rude for no reason at all. Even after one of her peers was able to show her that she made a mistake. Continued to belittle me. Instead of listening to where she made the mistake and moving forward even with no apology for me. All for missing appointments? Supervisor didn’t care to call me back either. I Never showed any disrespect to this woman. I just kindly told her that she was incorrect. I have a kidney stone and was referred to the wrong location anyway but this place... read more
