Western National Property Management are ripoffs they charged me for an extra 2 days rent when I moved out after telling me I had 2 extra days to turn the keys in, then claimed they sent an email saying keys had to be turned in by 9am the second day, I looked for the email and it was recalled the day it was sent, then they claimed they resent it. When I moved in they said smoking was allowed in your apartment or on your balcony but not in common ground areas. I lived there over 4 years. They kept my entire deposit of $500 since I smoked inside. That was never mentioned in the lease. They were nice apartments when I moved in but now over priced. They raised my rent $350 in 1 month since I was on section 8. $1650 a month. I'm so happy I moved out.
NEVER RENT FROM WNG!!!! The staff are incompetent and rude. If you ever experience any problems with them they will post fake notices on your door about phony lease violations, even worst retaliate against you by trying to serve you a notice and have you kicked out.
