I can only speak of my relationship with Dr. Witzel while in Temecula. His care of my horse was honest and direct. As a 'newbie' he was always honest which is crucial, and readily available for those questions you forgot to ask. My mare had a double abcess in one hoof that was kind of high up...well, we brought her in, xrays were done and very strategically he drilled up toward the abcesses taking his time, he was SPOT ON.
