The only pros are that j was able to be seen quickly. The provider was aweful. She was rude, uncaring, and would not listen. She also ignored my medical history. I will DEFINITELY use another walk in clinic next time.
Friendly, professional, and calm. I was able to be seen almost immediately.
On Friday 3/15/19 in the A.M. I saw a lady Dr at the down town walk in clinic. She was not young and was a little on the heavy side. I did n ot get her name. I had 2 health problems/ She refused to even look at me. She sent me to the ER. The next week I went to the Community FirstCare with one of the problems. I was more than satisfied with their care. Problem solved. I will not return to the Western Montana Clinic Walk In.
The care we received here was unbelievably rude! I took a friend in to get a second opinion about her fractured ankle. Lisa Weinreich, PA-C was the physician who saw us. She was extremely rude and uncaring. She refused to do any x-rays and wouldn't even take the bandage off to look at her ankle. Lisa said she did not know what we wanted her to do about my friend's ankle. We decided to just leave because Lisa was unwilling to do anything to help us. The staff, nurse, and doctor were all exceptionally kind and caring. One of the staff, however, while taking down my info sneezed right into her bare hands which definitely raised an eyebrow for me.
