Staff is extremely friendly and responsive. 100% customer service driven which is a dying art. I love that they will accommodate my needs as it relates to my pick up times or if I can’t retrieve all of my items in one trip.
The customer service is terrible, extremely rude and unprofessional. Will not even consider working with this company again.
