I had never done business with Dave before. I had 5 very large oak trees and 6 stumps that needed handling. The trees were very close to the house as well as power lines. I was very, very impressed! Dave was able to take down three large pines, grind 13 stumps in a very short period of time. His pricing was very reasonable compared to his competitors! Most importantly is the professionalism displayed by he and his staff. Dave's customer service is outstanding. The cleanup afterwards was meticulous. He had to take part of my fence down to get to the tree and stumps. He was able to get it back up and in better condition than it originally was. Several friends have used his services as well. We had 11 LARGE spruce trees taken down. They were all very close to the house, road, and wires. David and his crew did an incredible job. I've seen tree work done in other areas and it was always a mess. Not the case with WESTERN MASS TREE CARE. This company was absolutely the best.
