Very smooth process at this office. Entire staff was very nice and accommodating. Dr. Odierna did my root canal, and while it is an uncomfortable process to have done, I did not feel pain, and he continually checked with me to ensure I was doing ok. I don't recommend getting a root canal, but if you need one, this office is great.
Amazing they saved a tooth the dentist said was unsave able . Polite employees that will do anything they can to help you and not just rip a tooth out . Thank you sooooooo much I will never forget what you did for me and I was in so much pain.
The treatment and doctors are amazing and very professional. However our experience with their receptionists and billing team is the worse. My insurance's EOB says "claim paid date is 12/7/2023", and until this moment 1/5/2024 we did not receive the amount they owe us which is around $1,000. Every time my wife or I call them, they quickly say "we did not receive anything, they do not check, they do not call, they are not willing to help at all.
