We own a property that Western Management handled in Billings. The tenants obtained 2 dogs which were not allowed in the lease and left the house a mess. Western Management should have used the deposit for the last months' rent but kept the money to "make repairs." After two years we are still in dispute. If we had to do this over again, we WOULD NOT let Western Management "manage" our property.
