Had a good experience buying a subcompact tractor. It was spring time so they were busy every time we were in, but when they had time to talk to us they gave us their full attention. Joe is knowledgeable and everything he had to say squared up with advice I had gotten from friends and online. They were upfront with the price and were competitive with comparable prices I could find online. The manufacturer seems to not be keeping up with demand, and the mower decks were all sold out. Every time I've dropped in, whether it be for the mower or my scooter, they've always had what I needed, and have decent enough prices. (even going as far as to check online pricing in order to offer a better deal) I've not been disappointed with Western yet, and I've been dealing with them off and on since 2003.
