We have barely received our insurance EOB and they turned over to collection agency. The only way to pay is calling Peggy, no option to pay online -- we get paid on Friday and have tried 3 times to call on Friday's to pay and can't since Peggy is off on Friday's. I am now being charged huge collection agency charges. This is ridiculous, especially since we are paying ALL of our medical bills where a lot of others do not. I feel like we are the criminals and this hurting our credit.
An emergency came up and had to reschedule an appointment. The receptionist was EXTREMELY rude. She wasn't understanding at all, just completely hateful. Horrible.
Dr. Arshad has saved my life twice! He & his staff are extremely courteous.
