This was my third visit to WKU and with each visit I become more impressed with the staff, students, and facility. The campus is so clean, safe and organized, more so then any other university I have visited. We are very proud of our daughter for finding, and picking WKU to attend for her higher education.
Apparently the university has failed to give these students an appreciation for how the real world works. There is no Tooth Fairy, there are no unicorns and there are no free rides. Someone has to pay for their fantasies. It's nice to be idealistic but when they graduate they're in for major emotional and intellectual trauma. Give them a view of reality before they fall flat on their faces outside of the university.
We had a great tour of the college. Did a lot of walking but it was worth seeing the nice buildings and dorms . Our guide was great ! We liked the fact that all the areas and classes are in a central location no traffic from downtown traffic.We found everyone to be helpful and nice .
My daughter had Topper Orientation yesterday 4/21/17. The program was well organized. I am excited for her to start her next journey at WKU
Large campus with a small feel. Friendly atmosphere from faculty to students. Alumni speak very highly of this school.

Beautiful campus.All the students were polite and did not mine telling us about the buildings and even stopped what they were doing to take pictures of us.I have visited many schools in Kentucky, but I was most impressed with WKU.Hey,I am a University of Alabama old lady and that is saying something!
When I was there it look big to me. Now it is growing and getting better and better all the time. It is a great school and a wonderful town. I look forward to going there all the time. Keep up the good work.
