Very disappointed website stated ticket sales stopped 1 hour prior to closing on Sunday the last day of the fair. Arrived at 6:59 pm and they would not let us purchase tickets.
So disappointing with the fair. Website clearly states ticket sales stop ONE hour before closing. Turns out on Sunday, the last day, they stop ticket sales TWO hours before. Now i have a couple of sad kids. This would have been nice to know so we could have planned differently. There were lots of disappointed people and kids due to the lack of following the established times listed on the website. It's complete BS.
Had an amazing time but here s the thing Boise is growing and we need to adjust
RecommendedThe new permanent fixture sky ride is my favorite! Thanks for building it ! If you want to get up where you can see everything and enjoy getting from 1 place to another minus crowds this is awesome!! Price was great
There is a very offensive poster at the Ada County Republicans booth depicting violence against women. It is a man who has a reputation of demeaning women, holding a woman in a choke-hold. It is NOT a FAMILY FRIENDLY image. There are many children walking around here at the fair. Why are you allowing this image of "bullying" to be allowed? Very disappointed.
The parking is a JOKE!!!!!
My husband and I have been to thousands of fairs in the USA and Western Idaho Fair is the best one ever!!!
Food. Fun. Concerts. Never can get enough!
