Buy tickets ahead of time (at Albertsons to avoid online fees) and go on a Sunday evening or weeknight for parking and short lines! If you wait till a Fri/Sat night and buy at the gate you will be frustrated and disappointed.
loved the fair this year but please bring back two country concerts next year and Rob Stubbs his show is amaxing

Took my grandson for the first time... it had been years since we've gone. We had purchased our tickets early to avoid the price increase later. We didn't even use our wristbands. The lines were ridiculous and I was not about to waste my time waiting 30 to 45 minutes. Luckily my grandson was able to ride a couple before it became unbelievable. My son and I had a lot of fun but he loved the cookies we got there. It was something monster cookies. I'm trying to figure out if they are located in Idaho since he loved them so much.
