FIX MY PROPERTY.. DAMMIT I recently rent from Western Hills Property and their maintenance is horrible horrible horrible. I have so many complaints and every time I call to get something fix. They tell me their maintenance will call. When he comes by either the next day or so he would come to take a look and leave. From that moment on I get no service, nothing get fix and their not informative about what is going on with fixing what is suppose to be done! If I can go back and get off my lease I would do so. Western Hills Real Estate I have been a tenant of their's for almost a year and a half. At first I had several minor maintenance requests which were taken care of in a timely fashion. I was slightly interested in another one of their listings and was told that my deposit would NOT transfer over if I wanted to move which was disappointing. I am, however, thankful that they let me rent my first apartment!!!!
Great Property Management Company Jim and Jamie are the greatest. If you need a very professional and efficient property management company, you have found them. We have worked with Western Hills for many years and continue to have a working relationship with them. Not only do they manage property, they are also active real estate agents and have been working with us for the last year to find another investment property. I highly recommend Western Hills Real Estate.
