Very unprofessional! Does not keep in touch with customer on furniture ordered and paid in full. They give you loaner furniture until yours comes in. Only problem is your furniture you specifically order never comes in and you hear NOTHING unless you call them and then they are rude to you! NEVER SPENDING ANOTHER PENNY THERE AGAIN!!!!

I bought a chair sight unseen, which was a HUGE mistake. It took 3 weeks to get in my possession, they promised less than 2. Received the chair, very dissatisfied with it. Called to see what there return policy was and there is not one. They said if was during this liquidation sale there are no refunds, all sales are final. There are no signs on the bldg or inside that states that, just ones that say everything must go. Beware if you buy anything from them, especially if you are not satisfied.
