I had a rough time w/ these folks. I wear a size 34 belt, ordered a 35 to be safe and received about a 31. Called in the problem and they made me pay return shipping against their own policy. They tried to refuse the return saying it had marks (from trying it on for all of 2 minutes), then did refuse on the basis it was postmarked 2 days past the 30-day window.
