Buckles are great. However the customer service is terrible. You can’t make a call without the lady grunting and moaning about simple questions because of her “confusion”. Absolutely not acceptable and very unprofessional. This lady needs to take some days off to reset or find another career. I was astonished of the level of rudeness that came from her. Especially from a company like this where I’ve never ever had issues with. I hope she has a better day and not take it out on customers.
I had a rough time w/ these folks. I wear a size 34 belt, ordered a 35 to be safe and received about a 31. Called in the problem and they made me pay return shipping against their own policy. They tried to refuse the return saying it had marks (from trying it on for all of 2 minutes), then did refuse on the basis it was postmarked 2 days past the 30-day window.
