Honest, quick response, with Brandon recommending to leave the two large cedar trees alone. My reason for obtaining the quote was that I had been told that the two trees each had broken branches. Brandon arrived on time, and told me that there is nothing required as the trees looked healthy. Brandon explained the signs that would indicate the trees would require expert care. I would call them in an emergency for limbs on roof, etc.
I requested a quote to remove trees and their stumps. They gave me a very reasonable quote and were able to complete the project within a week. Would definitely work with again.
From initial walkthrough in scope of work to executing scope of work, I have been thrilled and completely satisfied with Western Hemlock. Great shout out to Brandon for being on top of everything including permitting and Izzy for communicating and following up on latest developments. Great guys and are an absolute asset to this team.
These guys were incredible. 1st class experience from day one and all the way through. Alex the owner and Brandon (who gave us the bid) were great communicators through the whole process. They have some talented climber/cutters that navigated narley Douglas firs hanging over our house without a scratch. Highly recommend western hemlock
