Western Hand and Orthopedics is horribly incompetent I'm not sure how Dr. Giacobetti is as a doctor but his staff are the most incompetent people in the world. When it took me calling everyday for 1 1/2 weeks to get an appointment (with a referral) because they needed to see if I was insured. They had all the information they needed to verify this (which by the way is a 5 minute phone call to my insurance) and repeatedly told me they would have it done by the end of the day but to no avail. Great Doctor Dr. Buckley is very nice and really hears your concerns. He is quick and knows his stuff. The only thing I didn't like about this office is that they change my appointments often or when I change my own appointments someone calls me to tell me that I missed my appointment. There is a lack of communication between the staff.
