READ THE REVIEWS: The doctors are fine but the billing is terrible, she puts it in to get the most money from your insurance and then from you; charging for specialty appointments when it’s routine. Look at the past one star reviews and you can see this is a reoccurring issue. Really bad experience. Being nervous about an important exam and after waiting a week, just find out they they never sent me my referral to the hospital. Even though before I left I asked twice if they would send the referral right away. Irresponsible, careless team. Long waiting time for appointments.
BE AWARE: I was seen for my first ever annual wellness appointment, only for the doctor to code that appointment down as a “problem visit for specific needs”. Aka my insurance charged me an exorbitant bill for an appointment where Dr Matthews spent MAYBE 8-10 minutes with me. Now they have me “blocked” so I can’t schedule anything with them until I pay that outrageous bill with my insurance. Pretty upset they charged me for a 30 minute visit with the Dr when it was realistically 8 minutes to discuss if he could even do what needed to be done. Be aware if you aren't getting a procedure they are going to charge you the maximum they can and then offer zero help. Disappointed in the customer service and non transparency
