I was so nervous for my Ultrasound but I got Anne as an ultrasound tech and she was so sweet and had great bedside manners and made me feel comfortable!! Dr Mathew’s is also awesome :)
I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Eddy. She was our OBGYN for our first born. While in clinic she always made sure to answer all of our questions and was very compassionate. During labor she did a fantastic job keeping us informed so that we could make the decisions that best aligned with our goals. I credit the condition of both my wife and our first born to her excellent care. I would recommend her to anybody.
I would love to speak to the office manager. This is the second time in 2 months I’ve gone to my appointment, waited an hour and a half, only to be told my provider had to leave and I needed to reschedule. Which appointments are not available for 2-6 weeks minimum! I love the staff here but it is so hard as a new mom to come and wait a long time with a baby then be told to leave without being seen. Also their billing has still not billed my secondary insurance for a procedure that is covered and I have a $1700 balance on my ... read more
I want to just start with the fact that I loved every provider at this clinic that we saw. Dr. Adam Wray and Tina Goldsmith are absolutely lovely. I want to just warn anyone going here though, the billing here is so bad, you are risking your credit and your finances if you come here. I have had endless issues, from nearly being sent to collections because they changing billing systems and kicked me off my payment plan and didn't even let me know, then after finding out, proceeded to not communicate with, or when I did finall... read more
I am currently a patient at this clinic, and unfortunately my experience with the nursing staff has been very disorganized and inconsistent. The front desk team is friendly, attentive, and makes a great first impression, but the quality of care from the nurses has been disappointing. Due to my current pregnancy, I have had to undergo multiple tests.
