Lizeth was very helpful and knowledgeable, she also provides immediate assistance, thank you for the seamless service. However, we were very displeased with the other agent who is not responsive, no proper guidance was given and one of the policies ended up getting cancelled without us knowing. We escalated to the supervisor but it seems they dont care losing our businesses. Very frustrating experience

I called to cancel my insurance today finding I was overpaying and got my monthly payment lowered $82 from USAA but I was speaking to Janis to get my auto payment cancelled and she kept talking over me and would not send me anything in writing my A/C is closed. 🤷♀ I tried to call back to talk to her boss Ryan and she said he wasn’t in But I’m hoping he will reach out to me.
