Kinda the same experience that other people have interns of delivery. They promised to deliver on a certain time but never follow through. When you ask them what happen they will come up with a bunch of excuses. The service was horrible and the staff were incredibly untrustworthy.

This furniture store promised to deliver our mattress and headboard yesterday but I waited the whole night but no one came. I was so furious I called the store and yelled at them to think that I paid in cash. They said they have a lot of deliveries. I told them I paid in cash so they should prioritize me. The guy who I zelled my payment doesn’t even speak English so I called him and answered but all he can speak was Spanish. I told him Where is my bed? My bed?!!!! Don't go there! They will take your full payment upfront and then leave you hanging. I paid in full for a TV stand and was kept waiting for days. First, they said delivery would be on Wednesday—I waited the entire day. No one showed up. I had to call them, and then they said it would be delivered on Saturday. Again, I waited the whole day. They said 4 PM, but didn’t show up until after 6 PM. I called again, and they pushed it to Sunday between 10 AM and 12 PM.
