Customer service is okay. Apparently the saw was off when my kitchen countertops were installed as none of the lines are straight.. I didn't realize at first but when a friend pointed it out we checked them all, and not one them are straight...sadly. Considering the money I spent it's a waste of time to have them redone.l but in the future I will go elsewhere for remodel jobs.
