We’ve used Western for years, always with great service. Ron is awesome!!!! We’ve gotten calls from others and never have we wanted to change. Very reliable and responsive.
I would rate 0 if possible. Western did not perform the services that were sold to me and listed in the contract. Upon termination they have continually tried to collect money from me for work they did not do and are now attempting to collect money via a collections agency when I have no owed balance. DO NOT USE THEM THEY ARE A SCAM
We have been with Western Exterminator for 29 years and were quite concerned when our regular service person retired. We didn’t need to be. Our new guy, Jason is wonderful. Very responsive and a great personality. He’s doing a great job for us!
Do not call these people! They no showed twice. First time with no notification second time the tech confirmed the appointment then claimed he couldn’t “locate my address” after I texted him to see if he was going to show up. Completely unprofessional.
