HORRIBLE! Don’t waste your time with this company! Called to schedule an apt to have, what I thought was a hornet nest on the 2nd floor roof of our house. They scheduled me for the following day but when the exterminator showed up, he couldn’t handle it because it wasn’t a hornet nest but instead it was wasp nest and because of was on the 2nd floor roof. The technician are always well trained and courteous.
The technician was very professional and did the job as was necessary.
