Called at 4:30 pm Alex was there by 5pm and sadly didn’t have the part. Next day Ray calls and said he had a stop to make and will then look for my part. He had the new part installed by 10:30 am and the AC worked perfectly. Western installed our Trane system years ago and have been there for us over the many years we’ve lived here.

Cody of Western Equipment did a fine job of recently taking care of my mom‘s heat pump. He was respectful, kind, professional, and very efficient. He represents his company very well. Jessica and Carmen are also wonderful representatives. My mom has been with Western Equipment Service Heating & Air Conditioning for decades, and she hopes they will continue to take care of her in the future. Had our routine service call from western equipment today and I must say Tim did his usual thorough service check on our equipment. Always dependable and never do we have to think twice if he remember everything no short cuts for Tim and Western Equipment thanks for being here.

It's been a very hot summer with several days of triple digit temperatures. In July I noticed the HVAC (installed by a building contractor in 2010) wasn't able to keep the indoor temperature at 78F, especially when the outdoor temperature was 95 or higher. In previous summers, this had not been a problem. I searched the internet and yellow pages and found Western Equipment Service, who specialized with the Carrier brand HVAC and was listed on the Carrier. This company is great. We were without A/C for 5 days. It was 90°+ in the house. We called our home warranty company. They sent out a repairman that didn’t know what he was doing. Never got back to us or the home warranty company about what was wrong with the A/C. We then called our friend Bob Alvis. After checking our A/C, Bob suggested to call Western Equipment Service Heating and A/C to repair it. An employee named Tim came over and had it fixed within an hour. Thank you so much Bob and Tim.
