Very nice service man on time and described the problem clearly
Western Equipment came to check a rattling noise on my unit. Luckily nothing serious was found but Jimmy still thoroughly check my unit, tightened bolts. I was late arriving but he waited for me which I really appreciated.
I have not had great experiences with most AC companies in the Antelope Valley. I recently called Western, and from start to end, they were professional and demonstrated their experience. I really appreciate their support, and overall service, I am grateful and highly recommend them.
This was a very scary situation and the folks at Western Equipment handled it fast, fair, and with total professionalism. While working from home I kept smelling something burning (like an electrical smell). I kept looking around the house and when I went up into the attic, the wiring leading to my air conditioner was arcing and had burned through the insulation, just short of starting a fire in the attic.
