It's been a very hot summer with several days of triple digit temperatures. In July I noticed the HVAC (installed by a building contractor in 2010) wasn't able to keep the indoor temperature at 78F, especially when the outdoor temperature was 95 or higher. In previous summers, this had not been a problem. I searched the internet and yellow pages and found Western Equipment Service, who specialized with the Carrier brand HVAC and was listed on the Carrier. This company is great. We were without A/C for 5 days. It was 90°+ in the house. We called our home warranty company. They sent out a repairman that didn’t know what he was doing. Never got back to us or the home warranty company about what was wrong with the A/C. We then called our friend Bob Alvis. After checking our A/C, Bob suggested to call Western Equipment Service Heating and A/C to repair it. An employee named Tim came over and had it fixed within an hour. Thank you so much Bob and Tim.
We recently had Western Equipment Service come out for our annual maintenance on our heating and cooling system, and we were very pleased with the excellent customer service provided.
Called at 8am Friday morning, our AC quit working over night, they we're able to get us in the same day. The technician showed up on time and was very professional, he was able to get the AC up and running in a few hours. We have used Western in the past and will continue to use them in the future.
