We needed parts to repair our JD tractor & James Schneiderjan went above & beyond to help us choose the right parts. He even printed off a parts list & diagram to help us with the repair. We received the parts 3 days later exactly as he promised. He was competent & courteous in delivering the kind of old fashioned customer care that seems so rare these days. Thank you James!

Excellent customer service. Very first interaction with Carlos over the phone was professional. Once we arrived they exceeded our expectations. Caleb the parts manager is super professional and respectful and 5 stars to Peyton also, who immediately greeted us. Super respectful first class all the way. P.S. We’re from out of town and had to buy a piece of equipment, just passing through. These guys were able to help us in no time and had us back on the road. We went out of our way to come here and it was worth it.
