First time dealing with them very friendly efficient this place is massive. This is a Tim Allen place if you get my drift.
We needed parts to repair our JD tractor & James Schneiderjan went above & beyond to help us choose the right parts. He even printed off a parts list & diagram to help us with the repair. We received the parts 3 days later exactly as he promised. He was competent & courteous in delivering the kind of old fashioned customer care that seems so rare these days. Thank you James!
