First time I have used Western Equipment in Weatherford Ok for service Made a phone call to the store and ask for service was contacted with Mason in service and explained my concerns with my tractor and made an appointment for repairs. Mason call me when the technician diagnosed the issue and gave a quote on the cost of repair during the repair process I was call and updated on the progress. This is highly unusual in this day and time. Communication solves problems in my opinion Highly recommend this dealership
Absolute trash. John Deere robs it's customer base via overcharge and under performing. Go buy Case and get actual good equipment. JD can SMD
Been doing a lot of business with parts department over the last 15 months and they are awesome!!!! Dale and Brian are top notch when it comes to trying to figure out what I need. The rest do good as well but don’t remember there names.
