Great customer service. As I removed my motor assembly from my truck, a technician from Western Electric opened the door for me. There was one other customer being helped and I was quickly taken care of by a technician. I expected to replace the motor assembly but the tech insisted on bench-checking the motor and capacitor. After a bench check, he suggested replacing only the \$15 capacitor. I agreed, he replaced the capacitor and I was on my way in less than 15 minutes. WRONG CHOICE! I took a simple fan motor to these guys and asked to have it TESTED and repaired. They said it was a simple bearing replacement and would have it back to me later that day. TWO days later its finally done and after reinstalling it,(4 Hours Work) it starts shutting down after 10 minutes. Had to order a new one after all the damage and wait another 10 days. Lost a good customer who was now frustrated. Found a few similar stories from friends in the business and thought I should warn others. GOOD LUCK!
