I wish I could give 0 stars. This was one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had. I waited over an hour with my children and they were never even seen. When I asked how much longer the wait would be, I was told “5 minutes,” but those 5 minutes came and went with no explanation or update. I completely understand that being understaffed can happen, but it is unacceptable to continue scheduling appointments when patients are being left waiting for over an hour. Had an appointment for 2:30, was told it would be an hour wait. 30 mins later the front desk called me and said it would still be another hour. Kind of crazy they we’re respectful and kind but that wait is crazy
