The front desk lady was very rude and had an attitude when they were the ones who messed up my appointment. Another patient in the lobby heard my encounter and told me that that happened to him before and that they don’t honor rescheduling appointments same day even though it was their mistake and he also called it unprofessional. I genuinely wouldn’t recommend coming here, what a disappointing experience.

Came to this location for an emergency clearance prior to heart surgery. The woman at the front desk was extremely rude and dismissive. She immediately demanded to know what form I was holding in my hand, and when informed it was for my cardiac surgery she stated “well we aren’t going to do anything about that until after your treatment”. Ma’am, I didn’t even offer the form to you, don’t be rude. Every time I come into this office I always have a pleasant visit. The whole staff is very nice and understanding which helps because I have a fear of dentist due to a previous bad experience at another dental office. They always make my visits comfortable.

Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. I rarely take the time to write reviews, but this experience left me no choice. From the moment I walked in, the staff made it abundantly clear that patients were an inconvenience rather than the very reason they exist. The medical professionals — and I use that term loosely — carried themselves with a condescension that was nothing short of insulting.
