I had my first appointment with Western Dental last summer and have been back 3-4 times since. Unfortunately, every visit has been consistently frustrating. The wait time before being seen has neverbeen under 45 minutes—sometimes even pushing past an hour. Once I’m finally called back, I still have to go through two or three steps before the doctor actually sees me. Worst experience at a Dentist- EVER! From 1 week prior to my mothers appointment, was not given ANY indication of a “$3500 pay down for insurance, prior to the oral surgery” ON A SATURDAY!!!! I came in got my braces then next got my teeth cleaned. The dental assistant Diana was very nice and so was Dr Abbara and did a great job. The front desk Roxanna and Sandra were very helpful and kind. The manager Cara is very helpful and cares for her patients, they all do. Awesome office.
The dentist have been working very hard to get my dentures to fit properly., and are very nice and patient. I also really like he new relceĺptnist she was very cheeful snd helpful and made you feel welcome. All very nice office and service
