If I could give zero stars, I would. This Western Dental on Sherman Way in Reseda is a mess. At my first appointment, I got x-rays and a deep cleaning. I was told everything looked good, but l'd need to come back for a small re-filling on a small section of the molar on my bottom right (which already had an old filling). We scheduled that filling. Esto es una basura te hacen esperar 3 horas para luego decirte que regreses otro día que no pueden atenderte yo empecé a ir cuando abrieron me isieron tratamiento de matada de nervio para luego poner coronas cuando fui a que me colocaron las coronas ya no estava el doctor que me atendió la nueva doctora dijo que no podía trabajar porque el trabajo no estava bien echo así que me refirieron a otro dentista no pierdas tu tiempos ahy no dejes de trabajo por citas qué no van atenderte
This place is a disaster. Booking was a mess, and when I got there, they made me wait over an hour without saying a word. Then a super rude woman came in, completely ignored why I was there, and tried to push treatments I didn’t ask for and definitely didn’t want in that moment. She talked over me like I didn’t matter. Don’t walk RUN away from this place. Unprofessional, disrespectful, and a total waste of time.
Made me feel comfortable. Friendly but professional and the doctors do a really good job with our teeth.
