I was told by their call center a consultation and the X-rays would be free only to show up for my appointment to find out they charge 149…. Thanks for wasting my time and for the lies.

WE HAD A DENTAL EMERGENCY AND WE WERE GIVEN AN APPOINTMENT TIME OF 5:45 PM. WE ARRIVED TO A DARK OFFICE WITH APPROXIMATELY 5 EMPLOYEES PREPARING TO LEAVE. WE WERE TOLD THAT THE DENTIST HAD JUST LEFT. WE SCHEDULED THE APPOINTMENT FOR 2 INFECTED WISDOM TEETH. THE DENTIST HAS NO PEOPLE SKILLS AND WHAT HE DID BY LEAVING HE SHOULDN'T BE ALLOWED TO TREAT PATIENTS. 6.24.2023 WE RECEIVED A CALL FROM WESTERN DENTAL STATING THAT WE MISSED A SCHEDULESD APPOINTMENT.
