Pésimo servicio. Soy una persona muy paciente y comprensible, pero dejarme esperando 3 horas para mi cita a la cuál llegué a tiempo se me hace una falta de respeto. Había muchas persons esperando y aunque me dijeron que iba a tardar no pensé que tanto! Había personas que pllegaron después qué yo, y todas pasaron antes que yo. Perdí mi día de trabajo y todavía me llaman qué sí quiero reagendar sin siquiera ofrecer una disculpa.

Es un servicio muy malo por no decir pésimo.Dan citas a uno y el día de la cita la cancelan. Siempre tiene alguien una emergencia. Ya me pasó en 2 ocasiones. En las citas hacen esperar una hora y media para después decir que no pueden hacer nada. Solo les gusta tomar radiografías para cobrar y realmente no realizan ningun tratamiento. Llevo varias semanas con dolor de muela. En la última cita no revisaron la boca ni siquiera la abrieron y me remitieron a otro lugar. I will not be returning to Western Dental due to a frustrating billing issue. After a routine cleaning, I was told I owed $200+, including an x-ray (my last one was two years ago). Despite multiple calls from them requesting payment, they have failed to mail me an itemized bill that explains the charges. I use the same insurance elsewhere and always receive a clear, mailed statement that I pay on time.
