I went in for checkup, had a toothache, they didn’t find anything, went back a week later with toothache waited 2 hrs to be seen ,took new X-ray of tooth that ached, didn’t see anything wrong, during next few days I got infection, called to be seen to get antibiotics, didn’t have an opening to be seen for 6 days. I went to have an exam and hygiene cleaning appointment at Western Dental located at 24th St. in Bakersfield, Ca. The hygienist Malhi cleaned only my front bottom teeth! While doing so she proceeded to scrape at resin I had on my bottom front teeth. I told her twice it was not tartar and she did not stop. When I left the office my tongue kept feeling rough edges and space where the resin had been. I made another appointment and was willing to pay to have the resin put back in. After 6mos made sure I bought there insurance can't do the work on me said they would give me referral I call today they said I could come pick it up more gas and my time wasited they said they sent it to them I'm sure all this could be done electronically it's just a power thing why would they even want to look at my face any more
They refuse to pick up the phone! I’m guessing they can only take your co pay and that’s about it, I hardly got a how are you ,have a good day hello even nothing they were very rude very into their own conversations that you can hear in the lobby! Disrespectful and disgustingly rude! I wish we would have chosen a different dentist but they have my credit card now so I’m not a customer that needs anything the other number has no clue what girl or dentist your speaking about!
