I made an appointment for cleaning with Dr Troung but other dentist checked my teeth she wasn’t professional they way she explained to me,
We got an appointment and drove an hour only to be told that they cannot verify our insurance on a Saturday. Why not tell us that on the phone? Highly unprofessional.
