very crowded but today was an very organized day, I got my cleaning and my braces. My X rays too, I feel very happy. Thank you Western dental.
I was there twice for a cleaning, filling of 1 cavity and I needed one tooth pulled that I knew of but according to the doctor I had 3 I could pull and do the partial. I went into the office today was put to sleep and yes they removed the extra bone but the left the teeth in. I didn't care about the top two but the bottom one is cracked and so painful, they said I have to wait another week but I haven't eaten anything in 5 weeks except broth anything hits that tooth I go through the roof. My dentist Dr. Kaur, the managing dentist Dr. Amarh and the Manager of the facility Beth are all just awesome! They have taken excellent care of my teeth and just recently gave me my smile back!!! Both of the dentist are very caring, compassionate and professional. Beth is also very compassionate, understanding and professional. I highly recommend this facility. This location is horrible. I booked a general exam for my 13 year old daughter 6 months in advance. They took her x-rays and had to reschedule her because they didnt have time to do her teeth cleaning and oral exam. That was annoying but fine. I didnt mind waiting to get her teeth cleaned and finish the oral exam. Apparently my daughter's dental service is not expensive/important enough for them to take because they called to reschedule 4 different times because they are too busy. 2 months worth of rescheduling for something... read more
Had an awesome experience.... didn’t even wait that long to be seen! And the manager Erika was so friendly and accommodating.... I recommend this place I came all the way from Salinas because of their service!!!
I am 28 years old and usually really afraid of the dentist. Today I had to have 6 cavities filled. What would normally be a traumatizing experience for me (LOL..) was a wonderful in the easy experience. I felt no pain and the staff was unbelievably kind. I like that they treat all their patients equally if they have medical or private insurance. And that they give you their office number just in case there's anything you need. I saw Dr Singh, he did a great job.
I have had teeth saved not pulled and avoided root canal procedures like the plague! This is a magnificent beautiful, hilarious and sweet peoples!!!��������������������
I had been looking for a good dentist for some time so I heard of western dental and though of just giving it a try why not. So I went this past Monday and I really like this place it has a great customer service in the front and in the back. I really like that they explain you each procedures and the treatment is also done step by step the way it should. They have a payment plans in case u can't pay it all at once.
We were referred to Blue Hills Dental in Cudahy. As I looked through their website of pictures and bad reviews, I became very hesitant to bring my very young kids there. I found myself in a dilemma of putting my kids at risk. On the other hand, something is telling me why would they be referred to us if they are really that bad. Our appointment came and we went.
