Ther is no where to reate less than one star but if I could I would rate them less than one. The superviser, so she says, doesn't wear a name badge so you cannot name her, is the most unprofessional, rude person I have ever met in the dental/medical field in my life, I am 58. My daughter had to go tho them as she is on medi-cal and changing offices is quite an affair. First they were going to try and extract the incorrect tooth and told us we were wrong. Impressed! I thought I was going to have to be in agony but My Dental hygienists Corina Gutierrez is awesome! Thank you Western Dental. Everybody at this place is awesome! Very nice very thorough and professional! They did a great job providing services for my Son as well as for myself thank you Western Dental! Dr. Singh and staff you guys are amazing!
I didn't really like western dental because we waited for 2 hrs then my foster daughter was taken back to be examined without adult supervision. I felt very uncomfortable with that. I was expecting them to come get me when she was ready to see the dentist. Not a very pleasant experience.
I am so terrified of going to the dentist that I have put it off for 20 years, so my mouth is a mess. I went to Western Dental last week and saw Dr. John Nay and had my preliminary exam and x-rays, then today began my work with 2 molars pulled. Wow! He sang to me. Zero pain or stress. The office staff is absolutely wonderful. I have a lot more work to be done and am not at all afraid. Thank you Western Dental!
Sarah, the Hygenist goes here and the is terrible. She scraped on my teeth where there were no problems. My jaw has Not stopped hurting and it's been days!
Very bad. Dr. Jack hurts you and destroys teeth, treats everyone bad. No english. Hygenist creates problems.
