I'm going to look for a new dentist. This place wants to take X-rays every time you visit and that's extra radiation that your body does not need. X-rays do not need to be taken more than once a year. Boo
Terrible experience! We paid for 3 crowns and during the last crown they told us we needed to do a deep root canal before the final crown can be put on and they don't do it onsite so now have to refer me elsewhere. That's another 1,000 out of pocket cost! I feel they should have told this all upfront or at least mention a possible root canal maybe needed but won't know till they get in there and let us decide what route to take now we are stuck and having to pay an additional 1k.
